We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

For Standard Delivery, please allow 1-3 working days and a further 1-3 working days for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

For Next Day Delivery, place your order before 2PM Monday to Friday and we’ll deliver it the next working day. Please allow a further 1-2 days for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

All orders can be fully tracked once dispatched, so we’ll send you a tracking link for your order and an option to change the delivery date. If you have any problems with tracking your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@aemans.co.uk.

COLLECT IN STORE - £0.00

Place your order online and collect in store when it suits you.

When your items are ready for collection, we will send you a text message and email. Please do not visit the store to collect your order until you have received confirmation.

Present the text message or email at the main counter along with the payment card and photographic ID. If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf, they’ll need to present the text message or email along with their own photographic ID.

A member of staff will ensure that your order is complete before you leave the store. Please see our ‘Refunds & Exchange’ policy if you are not satisfied with your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We hope you love your purchases, but we know sometimes it just doesn’t work out and that’s OK. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund, but we will be happy to offer you an exchange, subject to stock availability. You can do this by contacting our Customer Service Team at info@aemans.co.uk. It is your responsibility to return the item within 14 days of receipt.

All items being returned for an exchange should be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted.
